Appearance & Configuration

This machine is horizontal structure, delicated outlook and  whole is made of stainless steel rectangular square tube welded. Washing and drying section are covered by 304 stainless steel. First section is two pairs brush and spraying (chemical mixing washing), second section is four pairs brush(pure water or tap water washing) and 3 pairs sponges, stainless steel water tank.

Machine Description

SY-500 glass washing machine is suitable for washing and drying electronics, household appliances, optical glass or lenses.

This machine is equipped with a stepless speed changer and can adjust the washing speed arbitrarily. The drive part is controlled by a speed regulating motor, the speed of glass transmission can be adjusted according to requirement of technology, and stepless speed regulation can be realized. Machine is driven by dense drum and has a wide range of machining area.  When cleaning, the glass or the lens is placed on the horizontal conveying roller, and after passing through the feeding section, first washing section (chemical mixing washing), second washing section(water washing), water absorption section, drying section and discharge section.

Washing sections adopt the transmission mode of the combination of gear and chain. , and with some brushes and sponges. The brushes and sponges position could move up and down according to different glass thickness. The heating box is equipped with heating rod and fan to supply air, temperature controller adjustable temperature, temperature range: 20-80℃, and dried by a fan.

This machine is equipped with circulating water system, there are intake water tank and after washing tank to maintain cleanliness of the circulating water, clean the glass with circulating water at one time.

Note: 1.This machine is customized glass washing machine: The cleaning liquid for NH4OH(30%) + H2O2(20%)+water(50%) can be used normally.

2.Cleanliness requirements: unclean can't be seen by the naked eye

Start the water pump first, turn on some switches of suction roller, after the rollers are fully absorbent water then turn off the switch. Start the cleaning water switch→ Fan→ Heating→ Brush→ Transport.

The pressure of copper screw on spring can be adjusted in proper position according to the thickness of glass during cleaning.
