Low-E Glass Washing and drying Machine

The feeding section is composed of 10 rubber rolls and 1 set of high pressure spray pre washing parts.

The cleaning and drying section can be integrally lifted, it consists of 21 cots, 2 sets of lifting hard brushes, 1 set of soft brushes, 2 sets of high pressure air knives, and 3 sets of high pressure spray.

There are one set 22KW high pressure fans, 3 sets high pressure water pump, 2 set brush motor, 1 set cleaning section of lifting motor, 1 set rubber roller drive motor, bevel gear drive.

Machine size length 5800mm, width 3300mm, height 2700mm. Rubber roll diameter is 75mm. Loading section rubber roll center distance is 175mm. The main machine frame is made of 80*60*3mm square pipe, rubber roll bearing is fixed on aluminum alloy square tube material, make sure the rollers are on flat surface.

1.SY-2500 washing machine adopts a horizontal structure, and the feeding place with stainless steel water tank and a high precision water spray, so that the rubber roll can realize automatic cleaning function and improve the clean effect.

2.The transmission adopts gear drive, frequency conversion speed regulation, digital display, easy operation, and it is beneficial to connect the production line.

3.Washing section and drying section can up and down integrally, the largest up height is 400mm, easy to clean and are inside rubber rollers.

4.Use 3 pairs brushes, the front of two scrub brush moved by cylinder, the third soft brush can brush Low-E glass.

5.Air drying section use profession design two pairs wind knife, big wind with good effect.
