1. Place the machine flat on the horizontal ground and adjust the four

support feet to effectively support the machine;

2. Effectively ground the machine grounding wire;

3. Turn on the machine power supply;

4. Connect the air system;

5. Fill the water tank with water;

6. Input the grinding workpiece on the PLC screen;

7. Adjust the grinding wheel limit position so that the grinding wheel

can effectively contact and grind the workpiece; then rotate the

grinding wheel limit half a circle; make the grinding wheel leave the

workpiece (5, 6 cloth adjustment positioning and the corresponding

workpiece positioning are required when leaning against the fence);

8. Adjust and confirm that the upper and lower positions of the

grinding wheel are aligned with the workpiece;

9. Press the upper and lower pressure and grinding wheel forward

and backward movement buttons respectively to confirm that the

workpiece pressure plate returns to the highest position and the

grinding wheel assembly returns to the maximum position;

10. Place the workpiece to be ground on the support turntable, press

the upper and lower pressure buttons to move the pressure plate

down to press the workpiece tightly (the pressure can be adjusted by

the pressure regulating valve );

11. Start the water pump and adjust the position of the water spray

pipe so that the spray water column is aimed at the grinding position

of the grinding wheel;

12. Start the grinding wheel button;

13. Start the turntable button;

14. Start the grinding wheel forward and backward movement button

to slowly move the grinding wheel assembly close to the workpiece

for grinding;

15. After grinding, press the grinding wheel movement button to

return the grinding wheel assembly;

16. Press the upper and lower pressure plate buttons to move the

pressure plate up and take out the workpiece;

17. Re-insert the workpiece to be ground, press the pressure plate

button to hold the workpiece, start the grinding wheel movement

button, and the grinding wheel module moves for grinding;

18. Grind in this cycle;

1. Before each shift, confirm that the circuit and gas circuit are

connected;

2. When the machine is unattended, confirm that the circuit and gas

circuit are disconnected;

3. After each shift, the surface of the guide rail should be wiped clean

and regularly oiled for maintenance;
