Machine overview

1). Full-auto glass loading machine is machine takes one piece of glass from racks, flip to horizontal countertop, which can be transported glass to next processing machine(Such as glass cutting machine.

2). Vacuum system uses well-known brand of vacuum pump, greatly improving the safety and stability of the whole system; the mainframe driven by the motor in the dual-track movement, the main frame arm with sucker arm, each arm has three suckers Tune. Technical Description

4). Induction device: the use of two sets of glass photoelectric sensor (a set, a set of spare), can effectively eliminate the failure caused by induction failure. Equipment operation more secure stable and reliable.

5). Lifting device: Unique connecting rod lifting device, to ensure that the lifting action synchronized, put an end to the lifting of the steps are not synchronized defects. Can guarantee the safety of glass fragments.

6). Adsorption device: Sucker adopts advanced double-layer adsorption structure (inside and outside the two layers), suction film is more solid, put an end to the suction cup outer layer of the leakage caused by leakage.
