A. Equipment Overview

 The SY economical cutting machine developed and produced by our company is widely used in the cutting of flat glass and ultra-thin glass. The equipment is easy to operate, reliable and stable in operation, with high cutting efficiency and precision; the knife wheel has a long service life.

B. Performance

 Cutting accuracy: ± 0.10mm/m (needs manual adjustment for precision, accurate glass positioning)

 Diagonal accuracy: ±0.25mm/m

 Maximum glass size: 300*200mm

 Minimum glass size after cutting: 23*23mm

 Cutting thickness: 1.8-3mm

 Cutting life of knife wheel: 30,000-50,000 meters (conventional straight line cutting)

 Operator: 1 person

 Number of knife boxes: 8 knife boxes for long arms, 5 knife boxes for short arms, a total of 13 knife boxes (if additional knife boxes are needed, they can be purchased separately at a price of 200 yuan each)

 Vertical manual type (double beam), felt table top, equipped with suction function

C. Instructions for use

 (1) Adjustment of the knife box

 Place a small piece of glass under the knife wheel, loosen the limit screw nut on the top of the knife box, rotate the limit screw so that the lower end of the knife box is at an angle of 60°-75° with the glass surface, then tighten the limit screw and the nut. The knife pressure can also be adjusted by rotating the knurled nut at the bottom of the knife box.

 (2) Adjustment of cutting size

 First adjust the first positioning knife box, loosen the knife box locking block bolt, and align the pointer on the knife box with the scale line to be locked by the steel ruler; in the same way, adjust the second knife box according to the required cutting size and conduct a trial cut.

D. Precautions for handling and installation

 During the handling of the equipment, lift and place it gently and avoid collision. It is strictly forbidden to use the guide rail and beam as the lifting support. During installation, a level ruler can be used to calibrate the desktop and adjust the four-legged adjustable bracket to keep the desktop level.

E. Maintenance and care

1. Fill the oil tank on the cutting table crossbeam with clean kerosene or cutting agent before cutting, and then adjust the corresponding angle valve on the oil tank to fill the knife box linoleum with kerosene or cutting agent.

2. Apply a proper amount of engine oil to the sliding shaft under the longitudinal and transverse beams for cleaning, protection and maintenance before and after use.

3. Push the longitudinal beam back to its position during work, and then push the crossbeam to prevent collision.

4. After cutting the glass, clean the tabletop and wipe the equipment in time.

5. Do not stack heavy objects or drip water, oil or other liquids on the tabletop to prevent deformation of the tabletop.
