Raw material length range: 300-3500mm

Raw material cutting diameter: Φ70-Φ600mm(If the pipe with smaller diameter needs to be cut, the size of saw blade should be increased)

Raw material status: By default, the cut pipe is of uniform diameter, and there is no reducer.

The length of the product after cutting is 10-1650mm

Wall thickness of raw material pipe: ≥ 1.0mm

Length machining accuracy: ≤±0.30mm (Φ100-Φ200mm)

≤±0.40mm (φ200-400mm)

≤±0.50mm (Φ400-Φ600mm)

Section size: φ150*0.5*25.4mm resin sheet

Remarks: 

1. To change the specifications, please manually adjust the spacing between rubber wheels or change the cutting sheet model;

2. Our equipment is not matched with saw blades, so the ordering party shall provide the physical goods to the contractor before the completion of the equipment;

3. The front baffle cannot be used if the length of the finished product is shorter than 100mm, which may require manual fixing of raw materials.
