This equipment is suitable for the round cutting operation of a single piece of rectangular glass. Manual

or manipulator feeding , assembly line.

Glass Material requirements: front-end waste 10-13mm; both side waste 7-10mm; otherwise the cutting

effect of the edge will be affected.

Cutting accuracy: ± 0.25mm / m (subject to the cutting line)

Circle speed: about 3- -4 pieces / minute

Operating air pressure: 0.4--0.6MPA

Cutting knife holder: using pneumatic, knife head 360 degrees rotation for round cutting

SY-1200B Glass breaking Machine

Structure profile:

This machine include Testing mechanism; transmission mechanism; positioning mechanism;

shear mechanism (double-work station); waste treatment mechanism; mechanical suction cup

grasping and moving mechanism. After the glass positioning, the equipment with an automatic

bilateral line breaking device. Remove the circle piece and place it in a fixed place.

Note: the extension value to the center side, about 1.0mm is considered as unqualified;

the qualified rate can reach 90-95%; after the breaking, the glass is completely separated,

the paint of the mirror, after the automatic peeling, is regarded as a mirror quality

problem, not included in the unqualified range.
